Every case. A clear next action.
Mortgage Case Management Software
See where each case stands, what is holding it up and who needs to act. Achos connects the mortgage case management process with the tasks and information that move it forward.
Advisers and case managers coordinating active applications, deadlines and handovers.

- Review before advancing
An illustration of the workflow. Explore the product below.
Start with the everyday work
A stage tells you where. A task tells you what next.
An application can remain at the same stage for very different reasons: a missing statement, a question for the client or a review waiting for an adviser. A pipeline alone cannot explain the difference. Effective mortgage case management keeps the case stage, outstanding work and accountable person together.
Achos brings those signals into one workspace. Teams can use their own case types and stages, then record the specific tasks that matter for each case. The daily conversation becomes 'what needs attention?' rather than 'does anyone know where this has got to?'.
A workflow to try
Make the next handover easy to follow.
Imagine a residential purchase moving from information gathering to application review.
-
Set the starting position
Create the case with the right type, stage and adviser. Connect the client and property instead of maintaining a separate tracking row.
-
Record the blocker
If a statement is incomplete, create a specific follow-up with an owner and due date. The stage can stay unchanged while the task explains why.
-
Review before advancing
Check the received evidence and complete the review task. Move the case stage when your team's criteria are satisfied.
-
Leave a complete handover
Record what changed, the remaining work and who will do it. An authorised colleague can then continue without replaying the whole case.
Inside Achos
A shared view of the cases in progress.
The case board groups records by stage. Open a case to understand the task, evidence and person behind its next action.

Connected capabilities
The tools behind the routine.
Configurable case stages
Organise residential, remortgage and other case types around a process your team recognises, rather than forcing every application into the same journey.
Tasks and ownership
Give follow-ups an assignee and a due date, then use the task view to identify the work that needs attention today.
Connected evidence
Keep documents, notes, property information and communication available in the context of the case, subject to the person's permissions.
One case.
A clear next step.
From the first enquiry to completion: see how the adviser, case manager and client stay connected. Explore each step at your own pace.
Start with the person, not the paperwork.
Capture the enquiry, link the client and property, and give the case an owner. Everyone starts with the same record.
Your next action: Call Morgan to discuss the purchase.
An example of the journey, not a lender connection or automated lending decision. Your team controls case stages, reviews and communications.

- Enquiry: Start with the person, not the paperwork. Capture the enquiry, link the client and property, and give the case an owner. Everyone starts with the same record.
- Documents: Make the next request obvious. Ask for the fact find and supporting documents through the client portal. The client can see what to complete and upload.
- Review: An upload is the start of a review. Check the documents before moving on. If a page is missing or something needs clarification, keep the follow-up visible.
- Next action: Give every handover an owner. Assign the next task and a due date. See what needs attention without piecing together separate email threads.
- Client update: Keep the client in the loop. Send a clear update and keep the conversation alongside your work. Set up repeatable reminders when your team is ready.
- Completion: Finish with a clear record. Update the case stage, close the remaining tasks and keep the documents and conversation together for future reference.

Useful answers
Questions before you choose.
Can we use our own mortgage case stages?
Achos supports configurable case types and stages. Walk through your current process in the demo so you can agree which stages, tasks and ownership rules should be used during setup.
What is the difference between a case stage and a task?
A stage describes the case's overall position, such as gathering information. A task describes a specific action, such as reviewing a bank statement, with an owner and due date.
Does Achos automatically receive lender updates?
The case management view reflects recorded work in Achos. Do not assume an automatic lender feed or a sourcing connection; review current integration availability for your specific tools.
